When the tray landed, a cockroach came out. The waitress is just dead malicious. We had to move tables because the cockroach was going back and forth. After you wait, the ramen soup is cold. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the simplest bento and it took them 40 minutes to prepare, it's not even busy meal time when I was there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 3

I was served spoiled food. The smell was obviously bad but the staff insisted that the food was okay to eat. They couldn't give a refund because the manager was not there. They made us come back later in the afternoon to get the refund. When we came back, they still did not want to refund and tried to give us the same food. Dined yesterday with my friends. food was okay for the price, all star and classic tendon tasted plain, nothing special. waiters didnt even bother to serve us water even though he was handing out trays of water to other tables, mind you we were seated right infront of their preparation counter. one of my friends also came in late and we still had to ask for his hashi despite the servers seeing that there was now an additional diner (place wasnt super busy at the time as well). i think most restaurants discriminate younger groups of people despite paying for their services and products, tenya could do better.
