Bidra med feedbackLoved the service! And the food was de-licious. A happy customer with a happy tummy here indeed!
Solid sushi selection. A bit on the pricier side. Nice atmosphere. Problem is that very often (as in, more often than not) they only accept cash.
I'm personally not into places where you pay a fortune for a dessert (a.k.a. sushi), but if it comes with a similarly overpriced Japanese beer that tastes like the lightest of Czech brews with a tinge of saltwater and fish guts, I'm too resigned to complain. Seriously though, if you've got the bucks to spend, are looking for decent sushi and feel masochistic enough to endure the slightly cynical staff, pay this place a visit. It seems to be struggling, given it was Saturday night and me and my gf were exactly half the clientele that evening.
Surely very good, recommendable restaurant. Clean and spacious, good portions for good price, just the rice was more sticky than shall be.
Based on the other review I was hoping this would be a yummy dinner. We were there at 7pm on a Tuesday. At that time they were out of all soups, 1st let down. Ordered the fried shrimp appetizer, 4 pieces of rather small shrimp, no tempura dipping sauce, 2nd let down. Ordered combo #83, which they brought without the 2 pieces of Salmon sashimi, 3rd disappointment. The Salmon roll was smaller then typical but taste wise was good. Alaska and Italian rolls had an over abundance of rice, not my preference, but some Czechs might like that it would fill you up. They only had normal soy sauce, no reduced salt, and it didn't taste like Kikkomon, so I think they just fill there bottles with a lesser quality soy sauce, 4th strike. Wasabi was a joke. They gave you plenty of it, but you could feed it to a baby it was so mild. Tasted more like reduced apple horseradish sauce, 5th fault. So it was an ok place, but won't go back there. If you've had Sushi in California, this place will disappoint you.
