Very friendly staff food was good and atmosphere was great too

I ordered the daily menu which included pork with lentils cooked in white wine and spices. The portion was quite large and the price was reasonable at 165 CZK. The pork was a bit dry for my taste, but the waitress was very friendly.

Yesterday we reserved for a big group after a discussion even though the restaurant was mostly empty. At arrival, we were seated and waited a short while before ordering. 45 minutes after our order, the waitress came back to our table and told us that she didn't have the right orders. She double checked and it turned out that she was missing 4 dishes. After most of the food arrived, the 4 dishes came 20 minutes after the others. The empty plates were already removed before the missing 4 dishes had even arrived. The food was below average and the service too.

It was so unpleasent stay in this restaurant, beginning from spilling beer to my colleague and then no recompansate . What's more , waitress was laughing into our faces and she wanted to take plates when they were actually no empty . Unprofessional service and broken doors to the toilets. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Customer's service is highly unprofessional I mean waiters. The waiter spill the beer on my college and he didn't receive any discount. We are gradly disappointed about this fact.
