Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Olney

The food is always good at this place and the staff is very attentive. You can always count on eating fresh and hot here. I can't remember when I get old food left. My experience has always been good I recommend stopping at this point when you are looking for Popeye's Chicken! Today I have the two cans of din containing a five piece of chicken with two sides and two cookies.

No drive thru. Only two (overworked and harried) counter employees. The entire crew were scurrying at top speed, but orders were very slow. I stood there well over 10m. I saw plenty of chicken ready, just not enough employees to meet demand. The food was same as evey other Popeyes, and the only UP was all counter staff that I saw were bilingual. I'm not, but it's good to see the accommodation.

There is always an issue at this Popeyes that could be solved very easily. One, the employees are unfriendly and have a feeling that everyone that comes in is bothering them. Two, there is always a homeless issue surrounding this Popeyes. I have been harassed many times by them walking into the store and asking for things or bothering people outside of it. Three, how can I order a combo meal such as the chicken sandwich and a fry and not get a single sauce and when I ask for one, then say I have to pay for it. I could go into chick fila and order a single fry and they will give me two and no lip. All of these could be changed with simple steps and it is crazy that you see establishments such as chick fila have such a good reputation with the best service and every single Popeyes I have ever been to in the DMV area has been bad!

The 14 piece tender meal was incredible! Each piece was huge. Very filling. The sides were great as well as the biscuits as always.

This is one of the worst Popeyes I have been before. Starting because the employees don?t seem to like working there. There is not a friendly service here. The employees are very rude starting with the males. They don?t treat customers with gratitude, not even a good afternoon or good evening. Buddy if you don?t like your job you should quit because you?re the face of the restaurant. Employees are always yelling each other. Also, I asked for spicy chicken, as soon I start eating I noticed you guys gave me plain chicken. You just ruin my night, I hope you all get fired ! To the owner of this restaurant: You really want to make some changes with your employees because you are losing a lot of customers, not because of your food, it is because they are terrible employees!
