Chipotle Mexican Grill - Olney

We placed a large order for an event had about 6 big boxes of food and not one single employee offered help to do the car. When I came back to grab the first box that everyone went backwards, there were only 2 people in the front who support customers in the register. Only disappointed with customer service. The food was good.

Staff and manager extremely rude and acted like it was funny when I was simply confused with my order pickup. I felt so uncomfortable. After reading the other reviews by many others it seems I?m not the only one who has been given this awful experience : Will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointing.

Worst chipotle I?ve ever been to in my 12 years of going to chipotle so far. Every single worker acted like they hated their jobs and wanted to make it known. It was 3 pm and they said they had no guacamole for the day and didn?t state it til end of purchase. The guy at cashiers kept blowing his nose with his hand. Didn?t care or say excuse me or anything. The whole staff was extremely rude and didn?t speak just stared at you. Lettuce was red and sour scream still frozen. Worst food and service

Cathy the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Chipotle got my family?s order wrong twice today as we were trying to celebrate my sister. I drove back, she claimed all 4 meals were fixed, and gave me an attitude. I get home, one of the orders is still incorrect. My sister and dad then drove back, which was our third time having to drive to Chipotle today. She was completely unprofessional and rude to them as well. She never apologized a single time to any of us. All the other staff were friendly and understanding, Cathy however is not whatsoever.

I grabbed a quick lunch here that was a salad with chicken. The staff are very nice and we?re very accommodating to my special requests. It was very efficient and I was in and out in under a few minutes. The food was perfect and met my exact expectations. I did not dine inside but it was very clean and well spaced. Definitely will be coming back here.
