They truly go the extra mile for their customers. I ordered their half steak, half chicken bowl, which is already a great portion. When I got to the topping bar, I realized I'd forgotten to ask for extra sauce. Anywhere else the server would get upset. The server saw my predicament and not only grabbed me some sauce but also brought over more chicken, ‘ just cause to brighten my day' as he put it. To my surprise, when I reached the cashier, he only charged me the regular price, even though I had both premium meats in my bowl. This kind of friendly and thoughtful service is why I’ll always choose Cafe Rio over Chipotle right across the street.

This restaurant serves amazingly delicious Mexican food and has a great atmosphere to sit and mingle with friends and family.

This place is so weird. Everything is very fresh and high quality, but the flavors are all over the place. The queso tastes like beer cheese with tomatoes?? I did appreciate the amount of cilantro in my bowl. Everything was pretty good but just kinda tasted a little odd. Not bad, just odd. That being said the building is nice and clean. The service was mid.

Love the staff and the food is great! Our only slight complaint is the queso consistency. It's different week to week and sometimes so liquidy. Otherwise everything is great!
