Subway - Oliver Springs

This place is a shame! It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't run out of a day nursery. Four people on the clock. New guy who did his best to keep with the car thru and three people in the lobby while the other three women talked and ignored him while they asked for help. The lobby itself was dirty. No baskets to carry the food. Dirt, napkins, straw, envelopes, lids, chips, you call it, it was on the floor. And the bathrooms are worse. At least the women's bath had napkins that were more than what I can say for men. My husband said there were strange black things on the men's toilet seat. I love subway, but I don't get back to this. Some should get their employees under control

The food was terrible. Worst ive ever had from Subway. They were from their most popular bread, Italian. They'd think they'd made more of it so they wouldn't run out. I mean, there was only 1 car in the parking lot when we were pulled in. You can't convince me that the girl didn't have enough time to do more. The veggies were devastated and annoying looking and the lobby area looked chaotic. I will not visit this place again.

I stopped by this Subway drive-thru last Sunday and the service/food was fantastic like always. The person with the Subway head-band treated me with 5-star hospitality! I bought a days worth of rotisserie chicken on wheat, spinach tomatoes and mayo and it was great. Also I saw men in uniform enjoying your food! Great job taking care of the community guys and gals.

The service at the restaurant was outstanding. The manager oversees a busy establishment.

I ordered several sandwiches and had to call home to get the ingredients that my friend wanted for her sandwich. The staff at Subway were incredibly patient and accommodating. I really appreciated their service and overall experience, so I’m giving them a full five-star rating!
