The appetizer selection is very impressive. Not too expansive, just enough to intrigue a variety of tastes. The Barrata and Beat salad was delicious and the cauliflower gnocchi with mushrooms was delectable and savory. Order a few things and share with friends!

This stunning rustic industrial restaurant is nothing short of incredible. The decor is masterful, every detail meticulously chosen to provide every customer with a sense of upscale quality. Now the food? Absolutely incredible. The Burrata appetizer was devoured in seconds, the burrata, beets, and balsamic melting together in my mouth felt just one step short of absolute heaven. The Cauliflower gnocchi with mushroom sauce took that final step right through heavens gate. The gnocchi was unbelievably delectable, and the mushroom sauce! Goodness I mean I don’t particularly like mushrooms but when I tell you I finished every bite I mean I was sipping the last bit of the sauce up with my bread. This is The Spot every food enthusiast in Olean has to try. 10000/10
