Mcdonald's Restaurants - Oldham

I am so disgusted with the service , I ordered food my pharmacy team , the food had items missing , Uber rep our phone down on me , McDonald a referred them to Uber and spoiled our Xmas lunch for £8.00 refund in. £85.00 order that ruins our work Xmas eve This is disgraceful Uber and McDonald you may want to reconsider your liaison with this non uk based call centre

Absolute disgusting place This was the McDonald's I've been to since I was a child, and year after year, it gets worse and worse. There is not enough seating, and it's totally beat up. But todsy it hit a new low. I went in with my 12 year old son today and and we had to leave before we ordered. They staff just let a big group of school kids sit around shouting, throwing thing's and half of them were vaping. Smoke everywhere. Everyone was disgusted. The staff just walked past and said nothing. Safe to say I'd never go here again.

JUST EAT order missing several items again, its absouloutly shocking this place I am sick to death of not getting my full order and when you ring them theres nothing can be done yet there the ones doing the order!

Filthy disgusting place. Should have taken photos but didn't. Only came in for a drink. Sauce stations ect all covered in sauce and the toilets have dirty floors, half of them locked and rubbish all over floors and in the sinks

Wouldn't normally be seen dead in a McDonalds, and wished I hadn't promised a homeless man that I'd get him a meal from there. I am partially sighted and when I went into the place I realised everyone was ordering from the self service screens. No staff were on hand to assist, so I went to the front counter to ask for help. The first member of staff was very abrupt and told me that there were no facilities to order from the counter. I again explained my sight problem and suggested that a member of staff should come and help me. She made it clear that I was putting them out to do this, but I persisted and (grudgingly) a different member of staff did come round to assist me to order. It took her about a minute to do this, but she was very sullen and unfriendly. All the staff seemed miserable and stressed. I won't be going there again by choice, and would recommend anyone with a disability to avoid the place like the plague! You get what you pay for I suppose....
