Roma's Pizza Subs - Old Ellicott City

I don 't think I 'll ever get food from here again. I ordered ahead of time. The person that was supposed to be manning the front ignored me completely when I walked in. I was the only customer that was there. I asked, Hello? , not once but twice and he ignore me entirely. The second time, I realized he was praying and I said sorry and I thought someone else would come to the front, so I knocked on their counter and still no one. Then I had to shout, Hello, can someone help me, please . Then the person that was praying asked me why I didn 't ring the bell, which was not in plain view at all. He finally then asked, how can I help you. After I opened the cheesesteak, I discovered that the whole cheesesteak was only 8 inches long and it had the minimal amount of meat in it and it was certainly not quality meat. The bread was crusty and it 's lack of taste only took away from the sandwich. I 'd stay far away.

Didn't know what to expect but, I was pleased with my Stromboli. The sauce meat had a good flavor. I'd definitely go again.

I used to think this was the best pizza in Ellicott City. During covid-19 the manager of this location decided to force customers to risk person to person contact with their delivery drivers over a small pizza order. Disagreeing over their protocol and after canceling the order, the manager still forced their driver to deliver the pizza to collect payment and signature in person. Never been back since.Update: Seems like it 's under new management, and they responded quickly so I 'll up it a star until further notice as not to harm the business.
