Phoenix Upper Main - Old Ellicott City

I held a surprise party at Phoenix this past weekend. Carrie, who assists with booking events, made the process of coordinating this event extremely easy. The entire staff on the day went above and beyond to ensure food stayed stocked and we had everything we needed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We received a number of compliments from our guests about the food and atmosphere of the space. For anyone looking to plan an event, I would highly recommend this space for affordability and ease of planning. It was greatly appreciated.

The atmosphere is second to none. Skip the PHX Pilsner. Taste like chewing on a Juniper Berry.

I have lemon with my water. Some restaurants you have to continually ask for the lemon and it's hit or miss if you receive it. I have started to judge a restaurant for this. If the servers are on point with this seemingly small detail the restaurant deserves 5 stars. My company and I received great service and the food was delicious.

The food is great. The atmosphere is very charming. A great place to eat after shopping Ellicott City.

We got food late on a Friday night.. technically the kitchen is open till midnight, which is great, but... I don't know if the kitchen truly appreciates an 1145 order, ya know? But like... I dunno if you're gonna send food out, send out your best, right? Anyway, I know it's an institution, I mean give it a go, but that was my experience at the Phoenix.
