Salty Iguana - Olathe

I was thrilled to discover that my old favorite chips and salsa spot, from before I was vegan, now offered vegan options. However, I was disappointed to find out they were out of Beyond Meat, so I ended up ordering black bean veggie fajita tacos instead. The tacos had switched from crunchy to authentic, which was a nice change. The guacamole wasn't labeled as vegan, so I had to inquire and mentioned my dairy allergies. Luckily, I didn't have any negative reactions.
