Park Street Pastry - Olathe

Chocolate croissant was to die for!! I also had one of their chocolate chunk cookies for breakfast this morning (who said you can’t havs chocolate for breakfast)! The staff was very nice and explained everything they had to offer that day. I will definitely be back.

We finally got to taste the fruits of their labor today! The staff owner were very warm welcoming. We chose a chocolate croissant and cannolis. Flaky pastry rich chocolate in the croissant. Crunchy shell smooth decadent filling in the cannoli. They could not have been better! Comfortable hangout space to snack chat over treats and coffee. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely wonderful! I visited for the first time yesterday and was greeted by the owner’s daughter and briefly met the owner and chef, customer service was top notch friendly. I purchased five different pastries for my family, and they were so delicious! Love the chocolate peanut butter scone! I cant wait to return and try lunch! Thanks Park Street for coming to downtown Olathe!!

When you walk in, or walk by for that matter, the indulgent smell of amazing invites you to a wonderland of pastry. The atmosphere is relaxing and everything is delicious. A gem in the heart of downtown Olathe.

We are SOOOOOOO happy to have a new option downtown!!! What a great addition to the downtown area!!!!! And this chocolate croissant is to die for!!
