Hong Kong Star - Olathe

Perfect food every time. Efficient, nice, and delicious! We have noticed that portion sizes are way smaller when you dine in so we end up carrying out most of the time...and the service isn't great when you dine in.

I am so excited to have found a great Chinese food restaurant in the area. We got Singapore noodles, general Taos chicken and crab rangoons. It was all 10/10!! This is definitely our new go to spot.

This was a fantastic experience. Be sure to check out the authentic section of the menu, as it features many dishes you won't find on typical American Chinese menus. Everyone found something they loved, and everything was delicious. They did make a mistake with one dish and had to remake it, but overall, it was a great meal. We're definitely planning to return soon.

This is a fantastic Chinese restaurant in Olathe. The beef chow fun, a classic Hong Kong dish, was quite delicious. Make sure to request the spicy oil—it pairs perfectly with the fried chow fun. I also tried the XO eggplant, which was cleverly prepared by deep-frying the eggplant in a buttery batter. It was incredibly tasty!

Don't just focus on the typical American Chinese dishes; instead, explore specialties such as steamed chicken leg meat with wood ear mushrooms and dried lily buds, along with other authentic Hong Kong-style Cantonese dishes. Be sure to ask for recommendations!
