McDonald's - Okotoks

I'm starting to think the non-carbonated pop isn't an accident anymore... how is the pop always flat??

This morning, I tried to redeem my points for a coffee at the drive-thru. However, when I gave the cashier my QR code, she scanned it and then told me it didn't work and that I needed to pay. I asked her why it wasn't working, but she just kept saying it didn't work. So, I ended up paying for my coffee without any issue. What really bothered me was the way she handled the situation - her customer service skills were severely lacking.

I have no complaints about McDonald's; they operate smoothly and efficiently.
