Bidra med feedbackWhen we arrived at 7:10 for our 7:15 preferred seat time, we were the only ones in the waiting area. Checked under our name and said we're gonna sit around to get our table ready. During the waiting several tables came in and sat. A table of 6 came around 7:25 said they had preferred seating also through an open table. They sat right away. We waited for over 30 minutes on our table from 6. When we sat, there were 5 tables around us and stayed for almost our whole dinner. Service was excellent and he did a great job. Just wasn't good and no busboy. Probably not back to this place.
This is the problem when restaurants are publicly traded companies, they must prefer a good quarterly report with some growth. Growth means new customers, more sales or cost reduction. The size of the lobster dick I order every year at Christmas is smaller and smaller... I agree to change the name “The Red Crawdad”. Service was good, cheddar Biscuits excellent, value not so much.
The server was friendly and the food was delicious. The snowball Sangria was especially tasty!
Salad came out after the duck. Wait for my cabernet for 25 minutes. I got a Chardonnay. I told the waitress I ordered a cabernet and he informed me that it was a white cabernet. I'm a winemaker! Terrible, terrible service.
The prices have gone up and the value has gone way down. Sad to see this happen to such a great restaurant.
