Prime Steakhouse - Oklahoma City

Steaks were good. Appetizers were awful! And so was the service. Our waiter could not have been less attentive if he had literally left the building. I expect better service than that at a top notch steak house. This experience left McDonald's looking great as far as service.

Sides dishes were very disappointing. Asparagus, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms were all delivered to the table cold. Steaks were properly cooked, but lacked any seasoning. our waiter did an excellent job. The booth we were seated in had a large hole in it. This will the a one and done restaurant visit for my family. This wasn't the experience I had expected.

After being seated, we waited at least 20 minutes before we received water and our drink order was taken. Then we waited more than 30 minutes to receive our cocktails. One of our guests rec'd her shrimp scamp cold and had to send it back. One guest received his back potato 20 minutes after receiving his steak. The steaks were dry. They did comp our desserts, but the meal was bad, the service was horrible and it was over $350 for four people. Could have gone to the Ranch or Mahogany's for a much better meal.

My boyfriend I went here for the first time for my birthday this past weekend. It was absolutely delicious! From the food, the atmosphere the service, everything was amazing. If I could give this place more stars, I would. We will definitely be back!

I LOVE my steak and the Cowboy Ribeye was perfect!! It was so big I got 2 meals out of it! The sides, potatoes au gratin and broccoli casserole were huge and absolutely wonderful. Waitress was very good and nice. Restaurant was very clean and interesting.
