Nashbird 9th Street Okc - Oklahoma City

My son went in to order. He ordered the chicken and fries. For me, the fries were soggy, I’m sure if they were crispy they would have been really good because they look like hand cut fries. The chicken had a good spice one them but it wasn’t tasty at all, meaning not seasoned just the spice. I guess this is a franchise?Food: 3/5

The Nash Fries were definitely the only thing I would say is worth a second visit, the chicken was missing flavor. Also if I’m paying $15 for a sandwich I’d hope to have at least more than a dollop of the sauce it comes with. Overall it was terrible but definitely overpriced for the quality. Awesome environment for sure though!Food: 3/5

Not bad at all.Food was prepared fresh, everything had an amazing flavor.Highly recommend the nashbird burger with nashfries.We ordered our burgers with ghost pepper sauce and Carolina reaper sauce. They were very Good.Food:Hospitality:Cleanliness:Parking:We noticed tables were very sticky and child seats were not cleaned. Employees were prompt and got it cleaned when notified.The lower deck section was closed off so seating was limited.I would definitely visit again.

Friendly service! The cashier gave me some great choice options. It was my first time so I went with the 2 tender meal with mild spice. It still had a kick but above all the strips were thicker than cold peanut butter. Me and my son each had one strip and that held us over for lunch. Would definitely recommend to those passing through

I was recommended by a friend. Did not have the same experience they had. The lady who attended us was very nice. We ordered and we were excited to try the food. Our food came out warm like it’s been sitting in the back for a while. The fries were soggy and almost cold. The batter on the chicken seemed old, like the chicken was precooked and sitting in the back and they warmed it up for us. It was chewy but we wanted to try something new. Until the pickled came out…. There was a roach on it. I just handed the pickles back without saying anything so I wouldn’t say out loud for the other customers to hear. The person who was bringing us the food was a young kid who had bad service. He asked if I wanted another side I said yes. Then came back with pickles… I asked him if it was a paid side or something that came with the order. I don’t think he understood me and he said if I was good without it. I asked again and he said no it comes with the order and then tells me rudely “ that’s what I was asking you in the beginning anyways” he was so rude. First and last time I come here. It’s unprofessional and I believe the staff needs training in the back and professionalism. Also the restrooms are so dirty.. nothing what I was expecting.
