Bidra med feedbackI look forward to the fresh coffee in the morning before work. After work I enjoyed the great tasting chocolate chip cookies, and of course 3 was not enough because they were so good.
You actually get orders a little slow on the back, but it was fresh food so not too many complaints food: 3/5
Would you like to share my experiences with others I personally don't care about fast food, but my wife and children and grandchildren enjoy the food my wife says that most people are very helpful there and we love how McDonald tries to help the homeless community, it wouldn't hurt to watch them a little better before I found very inappropriate things that deal with
The food is as good as any McDonald's, but the milkshake machine was in the last two times I was there. The service was slow because the worker also handed out orders in the register. However, the employees are polite and went as soon as possible.
Around 10 pm there employees told us to wait outside because doors closes around that time, and told us to wait outside. We waited outside and order and they decided to not take our order anymore. But they still took the other orders who were in the car. Let me explain some more. There was a guy behind us also he wanted to order. They told him he couldn’t order this was around 10:08pm I believe when he ordered and left because he couldn’t get something to eat for himself. Funny because after he left they still took other peoples orders. Plus! Let’s not forget this Mc Donald is drive thru 24/7 so meaning orders should still be made and there is no reason to cancel anyones order through emotions. Seem like employees here pick and choose their customers from my perspective. Employees with Poor customer service and very unprofessional, I do customer service myself and business of my own. I will fire them, I wish I had her name. The boss also need to recognize that poor employees means losing more customers. This means if the employees don’t put their game up, rating will also decrease over the years. Please talk to your employees!
