Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Oklahoma City

Hoestly im sick of this DQ, if i could give 0 stars i would. They need to clear out big time. Fire everyone and get new staff. Food quality is subpar, service is always slow. No one cares and its about time to get rid of everyone in there. Every single time ive either went there or ordered from there, food is wrong, missing, over cooked, or took forever to get. Save your time and money. Find a different place to eat or try to find a different DQ

Clean cup but i didnt get brownie pieces in my blizzard nor reeses peanut butter cups. disappointed:

I found her rude. I didn't find her very clean. The store always looked like a disaster. The machines were often dismantled. The people behind the counter were not friendly or would go over various customers. They were not always really successful about safety with gloves at work with food.

Dairy queen has gone way down hill. food is old, gravy looks like it’s 3 days old and tastes terrible. employees have zero expectations. Dairy queen needs to raise their standards or they will keep shutting down locations and doing bad. Check your food before leaving. it’s GROSS AND OLD EVERY TIME

Came by today with my kiddos for a quick treat. We wanted to sit inside in the ac. But for some reason the doors were locked and no sign saying lobby closed. Didn't drive all the way from Spencer for the drive thru on an over 100 degree day. Looked inside and people looked right at us but didn't say anything. If the Lobby is closed than that's fine, but Put signs up so people don't waste their time parking and walking up to a locked door. Today is 7/14/2022. But the Dairy Queen in Del City has open Lobby and more than happy to help with our cool treats.
