GIRL AT THE DRIVE THRU LITERALLY HANDED ME A BAG OF TRASH ALONG WITH MY ORDER WHICH REEKED OF CLEANING CHEMICALS EVEN AFTER I POLITELY HANDED HER THE EXTRA BAG (THAT WAS FULL OF VISIBLY DIRTY NAPKINS THAT HAD BEEN USED FOR CLEANING GOD KNOWS WHAT FOR CLOSING TIME) BACK TO HER. MY ENTIRE ORDER STILL SMELLED LIKE CLEANING CHEMICALS!!! So either something was contaminated or she didn’t wash her hands between cleaning and handling my food. IVE WORKED FAST FOOD AND THE SMELL OF END OF THE NIGHT CLEANING CHEMICALS MAKES ME SICK. I THREW THE ENTIRE ORDER AWAY. SHE APOLOGIZED BUT U REALLY CANT COME BACK FROM A MISTAKE LIKE THAT. Pay attention to what you’re doin girl!

I just expected a good chicken. The girl who took my order was so pleasant. I asked for mixed white and dark, quickly explain that I love the thighs and my wife likes the breasts! She laughed and said she understood. Then I went home and found out that I had a big box of chicken wings and over boiled legs! I don't know this girl was mentally deficient. In fact, she seemed pretty sharp.:alas, either she wasn't, or worst case scenario she was actively trying the orders of people... Maybe she gets some satisfaction? I don't know, but it was my one scam night this week, and after almost $40 on a bunch of overlaid wings and legs... I didn't expect all the chest and thighs... but I didn't expect all the dried legs and wings... I won't be back, and I don't recommend you... What a shame...
Church's Chicken has been a favorite of me for years, and they managed to keep the same consistent taste in three states where I lived, Oklahoma, Texas and California. My favourite is the golden brown chicken, served with rugged frits and Koleslaw. I discovered during this visit that they officially changed their name to the Texas Chicken of the Church, so they will change their characters and logos in the right time.
