Lou's Tavern - Okaloosa County

Lou's is without a doubt the best restaurant bar in Fwb. Lou, Shelby, and the rest of the staff are the best. Food is always excellent,and you're never left waiting for a drink.

Horrible experience. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Here on vacation, we wanted to play darts support a local business. The bartender tonight (3/1/24) ignored us (as women) and berated us for wanting our tab after waiting 20 mins waiting to order a beer. I heard others getting kicked out before us. Find another local bar to support. ? ??

Nice and quiet spot to grab a quick lunch. I had a fantastic grilled chicken salad. Lunch specials in weekdays can’t be beat.

Stopped by with a coworker after seeing this place just down the street from me. We went for drinks and something to eat as a pre Christmas vacation from work, the food was so damn good, we both got the patty melt, which was tasty as hell. The bread was toasted perfectly, with a nice buttery taste. The fries were great, and cut like a twisted fry. The customer service was also amazing and very friendly, I will definitely be coming back!

I don’t get there often enough but it’s my favorite watering hole. Lou is a hoot and always greets with a smile and hug.
