Olivella - Ojai Valley Inn & Spa

This was the epitome of the mutton dressed as lamb. it kills itself as a fine eating, but was prepared and lubricated very differently. the prices are not compensated with what they serve them. either the cook is inexperienced, or it wasn't the cook in the kitchen in this night. I fine dunes very often - this restaurant is completely misleading in terms of the quality and craftsmanship of the courts. it wants to be, and presents itself as something exalted, but the food is simply not. better olivella.

Everything was wonderful. eating, service and presentation are excellent.

Food was very good, not excellent. We feel that in keeping with Ojai Valley Inn’s standards, the food should be top notch. The prices are consistent with fine dining at a high level, the food should be consistent as well.

A bit pricey but we knew that going in. Daniel was exceptional. Very accommodating and patient with us old ladies . It was a little loud in the room so we had a little bit of a problem hearing him. Not his fault at all. All in all, this was an outstanding experience.

Dakota knew his stuff! He’s wonderful. Complements to Chef also. Imaginative. Crudo absolutely phenomenal, please don’t ever remove it from the menu!!! Branzino was a touch salty, however. Thank you
