Bidra med feedbackI am torn between giving it one star for its quality and ambiance or five stars for totally owning that divey nature. It is one of the more memorable pubs I have encountered in small towns in my travels and that can be fun but I wouldn't go out of my way to stop there.
If you're a local you're out of town make sure you hit the Shamrock Tavern. They have the best wings I've ever had in my life!!!
Stopped here while traveling. I'm going to use the term Dive Bar, in all the best sense of the term. Best local patrons. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. It may be off the beaten path but worth a visit.
Is it small? Yes. Is it Smokey? Yes. It also has the best food, some of the cheapest drink prices around and a great crowd. There are nightly food specials, karaoke on the weekends and usually a sporting event on the TVs.
Now this is an interesting place to end up fo sho! Mike brought me here to show me the true definition of a dive bar, and it sure as heck was! Local dive with plenty of fun characters, a pool table, and some karaoke. It's not yo mama's karaoke setup, so be ready to sing 80's rock or get out. Two vodka tonics will run you roughly $6. You ain't in New York no more, kid. One star off for how awful my clothing smelled the next day! Ventilation consists of one college dorm type fan. Not nearly enough.
