Pizza Hut - Ogden

Yet another raw pizza from this PH AGAIN today. Literally uncooked bread and unmelted cheese where the two meet. We don't even feel safe eating it. Will NEVER go here again. If I wanted take and bake, I'd hit Papa Murphy's. As an added bonus, thislocation never answers their phone. Pizza is always undercooked, often they don't even have the pan crust available. PH hasreally gone downhill. Follow-up: Emailed the address below as instructed. Never received a response.

The delivery was sooo fast! The pizza was cooked perfect and the driver was very nice!

I had an amazing experience with the service! I ordered from Domino's, but they don't accept $50 bills. Fortunately, Pizza Hut does! The food was fresh, and the stuffed crust was fantastic, thanks to Pizza Hut! Also, a shoutout to the guy with the beard—he was really helpful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on their website and waited for two hours with no delivery. I've spent an hour trying to contact the restaurant to cancel my order and request a refund, but I couldn't reach anyone for assistance. Do not order from here. Update: I eventually had to drive to the actual store to get my refund. The staff seemed confused about why the online system didn’t work. Clearly, there are issues with both their online ordering and phone support.

The restaurant had been struggling for a while, but now it has really turned things around! The customer service is outstanding, and they haven't made a mistake with any of my orders for weeks. I'm really impressed! By the way, the new lobby looks fantastic and has a much better vibe than the old one. Great job!
