Little Caesars Pizza - Ogden

All I can say is WOW!!! Ordered a cheese and pep and had to wait 20 minutes for them to make pizza. Totally ok with that, but came out and the pizzas were not hot. I checked the pizza on top and itLooked fine. Got home and noticed I only got cheese pizza and the second box looked like it was sitting for days.

I would no longer give this a one star for customer service if my life depended on it! Mariana the girl at the register is so incredibly rude. We waited longer than usual which is to be expected. But what's not to be expected is for someone to be nasty with you! They are the ones that took 20 minutes when they said 6 I wasn't angry over that. They work hard but that girl... should never be at a cash register or in customer service.

I have never once been given a pizza that's actually cut into slices all the way through.

I ordered 2 pretzel stuffed crust pizzas with the pizza sauce. I specified no contact delivery and left instructions for the delivery person. They ignored those and left with my order. 45 minutes later they came back after I tried to contact them a few times and left the ice cold pizza my porch. Adding insult to the failed delivery both pizzas were not what I ordered. Spent the extra $20 to order from another pizza place if you want to get what you payed for.

3-7Went in at 8:45 and waited for 10 minutes to be helped. Watching employees leaning on things play with there phone. When the cashier came to take my order I asked to get a special pizza. With an hour left before the close they tell me they aren't making any more special pizza. When I asked for a cheese pizza they said no to that as well. Very unhappy with the way this happened. I would of understood if I would of been there at closing but to be told no twice way before they are closed is not okay. I would love to see a manager at this location!
