Little Caesars - Ogden

I like little Caesars pizza that is always ready, and I never have to wait long and the staff at this point are on the ball

If I had no stars. Today, when we arrived for our pizza, the lady at the front counter told us that our order would be ready for 30 more minutes, which is good, but she was extremely rude about it. We drove back to our car to wait and when we came back when she saw that we were coming, she put the pizza in the food warmers. When we asked how to get the pizzas out, she was very rude again and was not a help. It was just frustrating experience!!!

I?d give it 0 stars if I could. I walked in and the girl was super rude. Quiet, timid, wouldn?t speak in a full sentence. I asked for a cheese and she said that would be ten minutes. I get that they need time to make it so I went outside to wait, then I came back and asked again and she said, once again, very rudely, that it would be ten more minutes because I didn?t order it. So what we?re y?all doing in the last twenty or so minutes I was outside? I was already having a bad day and that honestly pushed me over the edge because it shouldn?t be that hard to get a cheese pizza

Everyone loves little Caesar?s right? Good pizza at great prices. But the employees are the ones that sell this franchise to me. I was helped at this location by Melissa and I?ve never seen such good customer service in my life. She was more than helpful and fulfilled needs I didn?t know I had. Value her, she?s one of the rare ones!

The last 3 times I have gone to this location, they haven?t had any pizzas available and they have told me it?s a 25-30 min wait. I can understand it happening once, but after 3 consecutive times, you have to place the blame on management and staff, especially when there aren?t any customers in the building and there aren?t any pizzas coming out of the oven. Long gone are the days of the hot n ready and employees that actually care about their jobs.
