Ihop - Ogden

Me and my daughter decided pancakes for breakfast, we got seated, we waited, waited, waited, and no one came to our table for over 10 minutes, the person who seated us went to the other side of restaurant to talk to customer, didn't even ask if we wanted anything to drink, still no one came to our table ...so we left, don't think I will be coming to this restaurant, very poor service....

Wasn't a fan this time my wife got the burrito which was nothing but jalapeno

Waiter was excellent for being by himself and food was good

Where do I begin so going into any food place needs to be clean especially windows the big problem was I had green plastic in my eggs I was shocked I mean shocked so discussing I will never eat there again the service is not good it looks dirty going in there I didn't want to eat there but my husband convinced me other wise but we will never go to 12thst IHOP. LAYTON I-HOP IS VERY CLEAN AND FOOD IS AMAZING NEVER EAT AT OGDEN IHOP DISCUSSING

I’m not much of a Karen and I never write reviews. I just wanted to start by saying that so people understand my frustration. I’ve worked in the food industry and I’ve been a waitress before so I get where they’re coming from. I never give them a hard time or attitude. But tonight was just too much for me. Everyone there seemed like they had attitude and just wanted to go home, even though I placed a to go order and there was only 4 people in the whole restaurant at the time. I also tipped 20 percent on both of my orders so I don’t feel like that had anything to do with it. They handled my food with their bare hands before and after it was cooked. Even after charging me for my food. I ordered a chocolate shake and it was vanilla with barely any chocolate added to it. I had onion chunks cooked into my pancakes. The bananas and strawberries I paid an extra $3 to have on my pancakes were old and mushy. I also asked for toast, assuming it wouldn’t be much more than $2 or so to add, turns out it was $5 for a piece of toast. I came here last month and had a completely different and opposite experience. So I’m not sure why it was so different tonight. I use to love coming here but I think I’ll choose something else on 12th street next time. Thank you for listening and I hope this helps you guys.
