Golden Jade - Ogden

I live in Layton, but I'm going up there because it's so delicious. General's chicken is my favorite! The marching soup is also great. All I had is good.

I don't think there is a place where you can get so much food for such a low price. It is really good too! Not the absolute best Chinese food I have had, but it is authentic. It is family run and today we walked in on 3 or 4 family members snapping fresh beans during lunch. They use good ingredients. My wife and I like the lunch specials. I enjoy the egg drop soup side and crab cheese wontons as an appetizer.

Great food, and very good portion sizes! You will not go hungry when you are here.

I LOVE Golden Jade! Huge portions, amazing prices, and literally the most amazing green bean chicken this world has ever known. Dear reader, I wish you knew me personally so that you realize what I'm saying to you is not hyperbole. How can I fully express my adoration for their fresh green beans? The authentic Chinese cuisine at Golden Jade is excellent, and the restaurant truly captures a local vibe. I highly recommend it! As some reviewers have mentioned, prices have fluctuated over the years due to the rising cost of living and operating expenses. That said, the prices remain quite reasonable, and the portion sizes are generally large and worth the cost, especially considering the high quality of the food!
