We ordered online and went to pick our food up and it was horrible no meat in our sweet pork borritto and some things in the other borrito not even sure of... corporate gave us money back and we went the next day to replace food and when you are there to order it the food is great as you watch them make it but i will never order online again.. the replacment food was good and they did it without a hassle. So between corpoate and the replacment food with no hassle i rate it 3 stars instead of 1.

Ordered fire grilled chicken burrito but received a steak burrito. I had it delivered via DoorDash. I had to take it to the store to get what I actually ordered. The manager said they would remake it. When I got in line to replace my order, the manager came over and said they had already remade it in the back. I took the food and through it in the trash. If I can’t see it remade then I’m not going to eat it. I could not understand why they needed to make it off to the side. What is the secret? Not going back to this location. Worst service ever.

Was serving to maney customers at one we can’t here in there super hot and didn’t put there right stuff on my food

We put in an online catering order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 12:40. By 1:00 it was still not ready and they had to bring in a manager to look up the order in the system because they didn't have it prepared and were not aware of it. Further, when we did finally get our order, more than 30 minutes late by this point, it only included one small portion of guacamole, even though we should have had guac for two catering size nachos plus an additional side of guac. We did not get the service nor the food that we paid for. This was a very disappointing experience.
