Black Bear Diner - Ogden

We thought here was a late lunch and what else to say, except you have to come here! Service and was very courteous and friendly! We ordered: BBQ Brisket Sandwich with Coleslaw Fries Reuben Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries Mocha Kalter Brew Shake Love the cute decor and the small details of the black bears in napkins, spices and around the diner! Everything is very clean, but the diner is a bit dated in the decor. The food was great, didn't wait long for our food! We had a great lunch and will definitely come back! Try this wonderful local diner!

The first time here with an employee and it was safely packed, but this is expected on weekends. One that surprised me was the portion sizes! Do not let the proce day fool you, you will get a good amount of food and quality. The chicken fried steak and waffles are on the point. Will come back to try out the other dishes.

Our food was excellent! Cinnamon Roll French Toast was exactly what the doctor ordered. We had a group of 5 and had to wait about 20 minutes, but considering that it was a Saturday morning, it didn't seem bad at all. Our waitress (I think her name was Amelia!? She had glorious new braid in her hair) was fantastic! Thanks for recording for our group!

Excellent food and service at a great price. I got the chopped steak and eggs and it was more than I could eat in a session. I have banana cream cake to go and it was great. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. She did a great job! Overall great experience as usual from Black Bear.
