Bidra med feedbackI was doing self checkout and two of my items were ringing up wrong so they weren't quifying for the promo as I thought they would. Theresa came over from her register to help me and she was so kind and patient. She let me go grab replacement items and helped me finish my checkout. She was great!
I just want shout out to the manager Stephanie and the young lady cashier at self-checkout today. I want to thank them so much for what they have done for me they literally bought me three boxes of baby formula when I didn't know that Target didn't take WIC and they were the only store I have seen all day and I've been shopping around since 8 this morning on June 15th 2022 yeah I finally found some baby formula at 4:45 this afternoon at their store God bless them they got good karma coming their way my son has been out of formula for almost a day-and-a-half 2 days now I had to break down and feeding baby food lean and ready for baby food just to keep my baby boy from not starving to death until I met these two ladies if I could do anything to repay them I would they deserve a PROMOTION a RAISE some APPRECIATION they got some big hearts thank you again ladies
The drive up workers are so efficient and kind! I really appreciate them. I save so much time using drive up here. Thank you!
This was the easiest pick up EVER!! I will go to Target anytime I need a pick up order after seeing how easy they have made this process. Love the app, the speed of pickup, and the ease of letting them know I was leaving home and arriving. AMAZING!!
I had fantastic customer service from Justin, a clerk who was stocking shelves and/or checking inventory in Grocery. He saw that I was struggling to find something, so he asked me if I need help finding anything. I said yes! He helped me look for the product, and then I asked him if he could help me with another 1 or 2 items. He was fantastic with walking to the correct aisle with me, and then since this store didn't have the item, I asked him if he could check his store inventory device to see if any of the other area stores carry it (they don't). He was pleasant and professional the entire time--something I NEVER experience in retail. Thank you, Justin, and thank you to Target for hiring him! Now make him train all your other floor employees in how to provide good customer service!
