Starbucks - O'Fallon

Slow service. Not prepared for morning traffic. Walked out without our food after waiting 25 mins. Disappointing.

34 minutes for two lattes and two hot chocolates?! Please just deny the order instead of costing me an obscene amount of time.

I can only go when given a gift card. So expensive for a small drink.

It's Starbucks. The food and drinks are mediocre with many other local and chain coffee shops being superior. The staff is excellent though and the drive thru, while always packed, goes pretty quick.
