Bidra med feedbackWe (8 people were very disappointed. the performance does not reflect in any way the price. Apart from us, only two pairs were present. it took a long time (about 20 min until we got our drinks, and another 40 min. until the food was served. the tellers were clear, dressed with little love. not eating badly, but not excellent. but no way were the toilets and the service. the toilets were not clean b no toilet paper on the damentoiletten. despite note, the service had to be remembered after half an hour, the toilet paper was missing. in this time the ladies have helped with tempo! for a local in this price class are not recommended.
Despite reservation we got a non-covered table assigned. in the restaurant was at this time only a single table occupied. the menu and the drink card were very clear. After we had ordered our drinks and foods, the waiter came shortly afterwards with the indication that a food (wildgulasch) is no longer on the offered Cordon-Bleu, no longer there. unfortunately there was no alternative in the offer. the waiter said to our unmistakable only we could complain to the cook. then we left it locally without eating.
Very limited selection of food and also weep! the few were partially unavailable and were significantly too expensive for the sweet presentation of food. the service was very exhausting, could not compensate for the short selection and the cool atmosphere (no music, no table ceilings. at the price one could expect such dinge.)
The first impression was relaxed with beautiful surroundings. the service proved to be attentive, professional and open to the children and ready to beat. the food was served after absolutely reasonable waiting time: it tastes very good everything! positiw felt the offer, if necessary, in the position to teach what the children also used in the pommes frites.) the wee recommendation to eat was perfect. a successful evening in the family kreise der, thank you!
Two large groups each with over 10 people at the same time plus normal restaurant operation were a real challenge for both service and kitchen that the team has well mastered. an additional service skill would have been better in this situation. the individual walks came to the table for the entire group within just 5 minutes. the entire three-course menu has required 2.5 hours. that was for our feelings at the upper tolerance limit. the dishes were all very tasty and solid to creatiw put together. the price/performance ratio has absolutely voted. all in all a beautiful Christmas dinner for our family.
