Mama Mia's is a small Italian restaurant in Oestrich-Winkel and Eltville, Germany. My family and I lived in Northern Italy for four years. During this time we fell in love with Italian pizza and French fries. So when we moved, we started looking for a place that could come close to replicating a taste of Italy. Mom! Mia is. To quantify, authentic Italian pizza usually has a thin crust, minimal amounts of tomato sauce and is all about the fresh toppings. If that's how you like your pizza, then Mama Mia is for you. We didn't try the pasta. However, based on the masses I always see, I should assume that the rest of their menu is just as good as the pizza. As far as the service is concerned, I would also give them solid approval. After a few excursions, the staff remembers our faces and our favorite meals. They are very child-friendly and even give the children treats. If you traveled the Rheingau, I would recommend this restaurant for an afternoon or dinner. They won't be disappointed.
