Max Burgers - Oernskoeldsvik

Korean bbq burger is the bomb! it is so delicious! the Siracha sauce on the side is also delicious. if they don't try to eat this, they must!

Always standard max burger and drink that we enjoyed as family. many fun and clean seating for all age groups, especially the chained and elevated seating for children.

Max is the place to always go to the first night when they arrive in sweden. it is like wendys or hesburger but Swedish version. I like it better than the two.

A female staff was super friendly and even offered our dog a bowl of water. for them I would give 5 stars. unfortunately the rest of our visit was less pleasant. dinge we want to order were not available (which would not be a problem for themselves), but the handling felt very unprofessional, as they do not offer any refund. the waiting period was very long (as long as we almost thought they had forgotten our order), but that could also be because we ordered a fairly large menu. when our eating came one of our group received a false burger (again, no problem. apologize only for the mistake and give us the right), but was treated like an inconvenience, only to get a cold burger in exchange, which proved to be wrong again. the food we got (apart from the burger) was delicious.

Very kind staff and quick service. It is also quite clean. I would be happier if they use paper towel. Everyone leaves toilets splashing water all around.
