Even as non-vegetarians, we were very enthusiastic about this year's vegetarian 6-course menu including a great and highly recommended wine accompaniment and a welcome aperitif (the non-alcoholic version is also offered as an alternative). The highlight was our seat at the counter, so we could watch the food being prepared. We are really looking forward to next year!

On February 24th, 2024 we went to the event dinner on Schillerstrasse in Oelsnitz/V for the 5th time. . As always, we were absolutely thrilled with what Kevin Seidel and his team had put together. Seeing the food being prepared is awesome. In terms of taste, the dishes left nothing to be desired. You can chat to the chefs and staff. Each dish is explained which products were used. The wines were also explained, where they come from and what is special about the wines. Thanks to Kevin Seidel and his team for making something like this possible. We are already looking forward to next year.
