Ordered a bowl of soup and I got a cup of soup in a bowl

Ordered on the app and it took over an hour before we got our food. Only 3 people working but our food was good.

Rude and uneducated. After the waitress brought us our food she asked if we needed anything else “just holler”. My grandma asked for napkins. She replied with “They are over there, we cant get them for you because of COVID”. SHE HAD JUST BROUGHT OUT OUR FOOD. GO GET THE NAPKINS FROM WHEREVER YOU BROUGHT THE FOOD.

Poor service. Dirty bathrooms. Definitely go to the one on West County to get your McAlister's fix.

Not sure what's happening here but has lost its caring feel and the food ... hard bread, cheese not melted, spud looked destroyed, no soups available, potato salad tasted off. Hopefully this was just a off day.
