La Fusion Nights - Odessa

This place is great! It's like Rosa's in the way you order at the counter and they're taking your food out, you don't have a waiter. They also drank soft drinks and canned foods. Horchata and lemonade are also available. They have specials and Sunday they had Menudo and it was very delicious! The Chile Verde Platte was another special and was also very delicious. We also ordered a small combination of nachos, which were quite large and come with meat, guacamole, beans and nacho cheese. Really good!

I have two burritos to go, the chorizo and the egg and a chile verde and ei. They were about 3.00 and came in a fresh homemade tortilla with green and red sauce. both burritos were delicious and fresh. the sauces were good and the green sauce was my favorite, cunky with fresh zilantro. the building is beautiful, colorful and clean on the inside. the server was cheerful and sweet. this place is another must try on my listing to the breakfast. good food for a very good price with nice staff.
