Cork Pig Tavern - Odessa

The young man that was our waiter was friendly, attentive and had a good knowledge of the menu, actually helping make our app. Choice. My husband always orders the wood fired pig pizza... his absolute favorite. My daughter actually are her whole burger! Stunning! Lol my black and blue pizza was good but a little rich. . Could have used a bit of acid. .. the balsamic...while delicious. .. added to the overall rich flavor instead of playing counterpoint ..next time we will ask for extra lemon for that and the shrimp and crab cocktail... which was amazing! !! But a touch sweet we are salty sour people lol) loved the red onions and generous chunks of avacado and cucumber along with the shrimp! We were so full we didn't have room to try the amazing looking desserts coming out of the kitchen . Suggest sharing so everyone can try more than one thing! ! Thanks for the wonderful brunch experience!

A wonderful experience! Our server was very knowledgeable and real with us and the food was simply amazing. The Chef even came out to talk with us, such a great place. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Our favorite restaurant in Odessa! I love the pig pizza! Add fresh garlic, basil and inlaid jalapenos, you will not be disappointed!

Midland location!! We came for Brunch and we were not disappointed!! Every item we ordered was amazing!! Good flavor and good portions!! We ordered the ham and cheese omelet, the prime rib hash and the heuvos Ranchero!! For breakfast desert we tied the fruity pebbles fench toast!! The food was amazing!! I also tired the mimosas and the piglet!! Really good size for the drinks and great flavor!!

Always enjoy this place! Great atmosphere, great drinks and great food and service.
