Chick-fil-a - Odessa

Went after work today at 5ish and their is one car holding up the line, because they ordered for there whole family, which is ok. But, instead of telling them to move up to a parking spot and wait, they let them sit in the drive through and hold up traffic. 6 cars in front of me had their food, 6 cars!!!! You just going to let them sit there and let there did get cold instead moving one car. I drive all the way up after they finally gave them all that food and they tell me to move to a parking spot, I told them I just have 2 sandwiches, they said sorry. I drive up to the parking spot and they bring me my food 30 seconds later!!! I don't know who's running the drive through, re-train them or get rid of them. To make things worse, they gave me the wrong order. So, I had to drive all the way back and get the correct order. I only went to chik fil a because I didn't feel like cooking, I should've just cooked, I could've been done eating by now!

Usually super fast and the food is always delicious. It is chickfila and that means it's a lot of people's favorite place to eat so you can't be guaranteed to not encounter a long line but I feel like the staff always does an excellent job of trying to move the line quickly while still being attentive and professional.

Service is not up to chick fill A standards, they were eating food behind the counter while bagging customers orders. The floor was soaking wet and slipping hazard waiting to happen.

Drive thru it’s super slow, sometimes you may spend up to 10 minutes to get your order!

Do not go in the evening for dinner! Just a bunch of kids playing around and not working! Waited in the drive thru at least 30 mins! It was ridiculous!!
