We walked in late Friday evening. My 10 yr old daughter and a work buddy. Our mission was to have milk shake. We were greeted by an energetic and happy hostess/cashier who immediately engaged us and made us feel truly welcomed. Her tone and service alone will bring repeat customers to this franchise. We will go back. Oh yeah, and the milk shakes were GREAT.

Fantastic experience... Haven't been there in a while. Order is always right even when they're crazy busy. Definitely see some new faces. Michelle took my order and was super-friendly!

The restaurant is always amazing, and I have never had any issues with them. 5 stars!

Today, I chose to pick up food instead of having it delivered. I also ordered additional food for my boyfriend, using his name. However, I was disappointed when the employees preparing our sandwiches and milkshakes were loudly discussing his name, which I found to be immature. I did not appreciate that at all. If staff need to discuss customers, they should do so in a quiet manner. There is no need to make customers feel embarrassed about something they cannot control.
