Fui ao restaurante com a minha família, estivemos mais de 1hora à espera, a comida vinha fria e no final do meu bife deparei-me com um cabelo enrolado no meio do prato. Pedi o livro de reclamações, que apenas me foi dado quando ameacei chamar as autoridades uma vez que o proprietário do restaurante apenas gritava na minha direcção, dizendo que o cabelo devia ser meu e que primeiro comi o bife todo e só depois reclamei.
