Qdoba Mexican Eats - Oconomowoc

Have been to this location a number of times, and each time it gets worse. They have changed the quality of the ingredients, and it has made the meal taste horrible. I paid for my lunch, took a couple bites and threw it away. The store was filthy and they no longer offer straws? The soda machine had ONLY coke to drink. Everything else was out. Won?t be going back. Just horrible.

After months of coming back to Qdoba they did listen to my review I left last year, about not making online orders in time. They have been on time for all my orders and the service is very nice, food is always good. Thank you for actually improving your customer service

The restaurant is architecturally cool. A very modern type look with futuristic looking chairs and tables. The food was reasonably priced and was good. Restroom was clean and I am happy I stopped here

The employee at this restaurant was very rude. I ordered the Surf Turf Bowl from the billboard which showed a price of $12, but when I went to pay, it rang up at $15. When I asked why it was $3 more, the employee said it was because of the toppings. I was frustrated that this wasn't mentioned before I added the toppings. Overall, the customer service was not friendly.

The food at this restaurant is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is eager to provide excellent value for your money and are very helpful and friendly. The combination of delicious food and great service keeps me coming back for more.
