Wendy's - Ocoee

I ordered a biggie bag for my son, a fish sandwich combo for myself and two double chocolate chip cookies. I wish I had spent my $20 some place else.It took about 15 minutes so I expected the food to be fresh. The nuggets in my sons bag were cold.. not warm but cold. The fries tasted like old grease and so did my fish sandwich. Everything had an old grease taste to it. Everything except the cookie. Even though they gave me a regular chocolate chip and not the double chocolate chip I ordered, it was pretty good. Since the food was somewhat edible, I give it a 2/10

Worked here for 6 months picking up other people's slack. Making the order, bagging it and taking the orders. It's not my job to tell the other employees to do theirs, leaving me with no option but to do all the work myself. While the Managers remain silent and don't speak up about the problems that occur each and everyday. On top of it all I was told because I'm 18 I don't get a break ever. Managers need to be more strict and get their employees in line. It's not fair for me and it's sad even the customers see it and say it. Seems like nobody their cares, they bring their relationships into work and it effects everybody else or really just me. But when I brought these problems up privately with the manager their at the time he said I'm being disrespectful and fired me. So I have no say so and it's disrespectful for him to tell me he can just replace me and that I'm fired that's very unprofessional when I'm trying to explain the problem I have every right to be upset about doing everyone else's job and it's his job to get them to do their jobs.

Night shifts after 10pm so slow, waited 12 mins to even be asked my order at drive thru, got to the window ppl were texting on their phones, laughing an joking, taking there time. I'm dashing trying to make me some money as well. Let alone ppl waiting for me to deliver them their food. Terrible service worst I have experienced. Took 20 mins for some frosties n nuggets.

They're was a long line and the staff was doing the best they could. People are looking for jobs but get turned away because of pass actions, yet the staff they have call out all the time.

All I have to say its wow , will not be coming back to this location, i decided to dine in since i was with my two babies and husband, we ordered ok the kiosk, while waiting for the food two of the female workers were hugging and talking to their boyfriend (on work hours how insane) when we got our food i was missing two items i got up and told one the female that was with their boyfriend she said what i was missing i told her she looked at me like i was lying, she walked away i told her im not going to lie about what im missing you can check my bags she said let me see your receipt i told her i didn’t get one from the kiosk she walkes away and told another worker you deal with her cause im not going to deal with her nobody came my husband then got up and right in front of their faces was our receipt another guy did helped us and gave us what we were missing but the female was laughing and talking under her breath how rude , 5 mn pass and she was again with her boyfriend in front of the counter, like were there any managers its this even okay,
