This location unfortunately has a lot of faults with their management team. There is abuse, negligence and no moral support when it comes to the safety and well being of their team, and that honestly trickles down to their customers. I will be taking further steps to the cooperative offices for this location regarding incidents that occurred, just as documentation. Very unfortunate to say the least. The well being of customers and employees should be of the upmost priority. When it is evident that it’s not, that is a serious problem.
Went this morning with my mother and ordered a hot venti hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso drink. Before I drank any I got to work and opened the cup in order to microwave it and noticed it was filled to about 4 inches under the rim, I couldn’t believe it! I feel cheated after paying a lot for a venti and practically receiving a grande poured into a bigger cup. I might come back today in hopes that this Starbucks will rectify their mistake.They also mistakenly gave my mother a mocha when she ordered something very different, and forgot to give her the iced water she ordered.My oatmilk drink was otherwise very delicious and well-made.
As an avid Starbucks customer and drinker, I was quite surprised when I visited this location.Both of my hot drinks were given without the protectors applied nearly burning my hand but I had to return to this location due to my drinks not only being flavorless and my cookies not warmed as requested, and the customer service I received was not satisfactory or welcoming.Tried to politely explain to the young lady April behind the counter that I simply wanted a remake of my beverages and my cookies but she immediately and very rudely dismissed me by waving her hand and walking away to allow another employee to assist. Could not recall her name (because I was so shocked by this girl who so nonchalantly acted as if I was not a paying customer) but she definitely apologized and ensured our orders were corrected. First and last visit at this location.
Went to this location after the gym, about 10 mons prior to closing. As soon as I parked and got out of my car, they locked the door, and there were still other customers inside being served. I waited for the others to unlock the door to leave and asked what time they closed. When they said 9pm, I let the lady know she locked the door prematurely and her excise was she couldn't allow me service because the other customers had a big order and that's why she locked the doors. This is not good customer service. Why should I have to miss out because someone else has a big order? I would've been more understanding if I got there after closing. The drive through was also blocked when I first arrived at this location.
