Jersey Mike's Subs - Ocoee

Recently went in and was astonished with the service and friendliness. Ive been an manager and also a customer of the chain. Had asked and clearly said aloud for my order for a 99 with no mushrooms. As going down the road to check in which i expect as to not to. Mushrooms indeed on my aub as returning the sub due to their mistake i caught attitude. Then asked if i could give the mess up to a homeless vet outside as i had already bought him one he snapped and said he would take care of it with more of an attitude. Highly disrespectful and wont be back to this location. Ive worked for Jersey Mikes and this isnt Mikes Way. I suggest the Clermont or Minneola location.

Wanted 3 hot sandwiches. Walked in here immediately after a debacle at the WG location. Took about 5 minutes to order, pay for, and receive 3 fresh hot sandwiches. I will only use this location from now on.

Sandwich order always has something wrong...... they leave condiments out of the bag on every orderdelivery is through DoorDash and every single time I leave instructions to knock loud and ring the doorbell as I am disabled and just got out of surgery. and they leave order on the ground in front of the door when there's a bench right next to the door that they could set the food on. They leave the food directly in front of the front door. They don't knock, and they don't ring the doorbell as per the instructions. they don't knock they don't ring doorbell. My husband opens the door and trips on the bag. This happens every time I order.

Wonderful location. Staff always smiles and greets when you come in. Fresh sandwiches and salads that are always delicious. We are regularly here. I highly Recommend,

I always forget how delicious Jersey Mikes is! AND i have been trying to limit my gluten intake i tried their gluten free sub bread for the first time and WOW! Their subs always taste so fresh and amazing! We were able to order from this location on Uber eats and pick it up! The staff already had it made for us and the process was easy and smooth! it's a smaller restaurant that has been around for as long as i can remember! Super close to where I live so i will definitely be picking up a sub or two again sometime soon! Thank you, Jersey Mikes for being so good and also so accommodating!
