Firehouse Subs Goodhomes Plaza - Ocoee

Went to the firehouse on goodholmes road in ocoee on 3/7/24. For the new people that visit ...most of the subs there you have to ask them to add items such as lettuce, tomatoes ect otherwise you end up with something you didn't expect. I ordered 4 large subs and only got two with lettuce. The Philly cheese steak and the New York Steamer -do not come with anything but cheese. 63.00 later unhappy hubby and i end up having to run out to KFC to buy food again. I called and supposedly got the manager but he offered no resolution to my problem. 1 sub later in the trash we will never go there again. The cashier should let people know which sandwiches come plain with just cheese. Very dissatisfied will not visit there again.If they cared about an unhappy customer they would have fixed it offered a discount on the next visit reimbursed what we paid for ect.

Nasty looking workers using profanity, found a long black hair in my food twice…after giving them two times with the hair I stop going…always forgetting the pickle and when you ask they get an attitude and give you a little hard brown one…workers are I keep and look dirty and sloppy…using dirty knives to cut sandwiches and dirty rags to wipe knives!

My husband and I wanted a little something for lunch and when we saw the sign for the pork and slaw sandwich, we had to try it! I understand why Firehouse subs is my husband's favorite sub shop. The sandwich was AMAZING! The pork was savory, flavorful, and perfectly tender. The slaw had the perfect crunchy and slight sweetness. Who doesn't love a good Hawaiian bun to complete the sandwich. We made it a meal and had jalapeno chips and peach cream soda. We also got a cup of white cheddar macaroni and cheese for our son. The macaroni and cheese was hot, creamy, and delicious. Our son ate the whole thing! We had never tried the peach cream soda before, but it was a great combination of fruity and creamy. The employees were friendly and provided fast service. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. We would absolutely return, and each get our own pork sandwich or Hook and Ladder!Rating from F to A , it gets an A !

Just left Firehouse Ocoee. The young lady that took my order over the phone was kind and sweet. Got there and was greeted with smiles and kindness. Thank you I needed it. Keep up the good work.
