Firehouse Subs Goodhomes Plaza - Ocoee

Sub was okay. I know the delivery would be a little expensive, but when it said 5.19 for a side salad, I was shocked at the small part. There were huge pieces of salad that I couldn't even eat, making it so much less of a part. I paid for a large part and a side salad > 30.00. For what I paid, they lost a customer.

Nice Firehouse Subs. Staff an atmosphere is super beautiful, the restaurant is clean and welcoming. Also top-notch bathroom service, very well maintained and in stock. Also food was super delicious, and hot n fresh after getting. In addition, I would recommend this Firehouse completely, so if your stop by a sub might be a delicious chocolate chip cookie on your way. PROS: Political employees who are willing to go over an afterlife, recommend specialties and simply all round beautiful furnishings. Very clean a well maintained, even the windows glittered clean, along with floor and surfaces. The food was excellent, an order for group correctness. CONS: none at this visit

The lower parts here are ALWAYS GREAT! Always fresh and... the tuna bottom I tried for the first time....OMG! I turned to perfection!

Terrible! please check their order before they go because they won?t believe they didn't make their under right! Leave you 20 minutes in rest! had to go back, missed a whole lunch break to take my sandwich back because they messed up, but the manager knows that they did it right! manager, never on the phone! also wanted to replace with a smaller sub, really! but when I come back, the manager wasn't the one who made it, but I knew it! customer service is hard to find! won? it can not be so hard to make a sub right! terrible service, go somewhere else! oh and the general manager was there what a sweat! I had no reason to lie, what was missing?

I love Firehouse Subs, so good. Today, Rose took my order on the phone (possibly the first time ever I was not put on hold to place my order). She was kind, polite and has a lovely voice. I was lucky to meet her in person as she also cashed me out in store. Rose took the time to make sure I had everything I ordered and is the most pleasant person I?ve meet in a faster food establishment in a really long time. Thank you Rose for the excellent service, I wish all employees were as kind and efficient as you.
