Taco Bell - Oceanside

If I could give you guys a negative star I would my food was sitting over an hour . Uber was late but you still served it to me anyway tacos are soggy burritos were cold shame on you. What happened to customer service?

I ordered a delivery order from here and did not receive my whole order. I don't know if it's the restaurant fault or the delivery person. I have contacted them twice to get a refund for the missing item and no response. I always ordered from this location because it's better than the closer one but this is it. If I ever order Taco Bell again it will definitely not be from here because I don't like to pay for things I don't receive.

Would give it 3.5 starts if I could. My most recent order here was an online order. Got in and waited a bit. Service was a bit slow. I have a feeling that the drive-thru was a priority to them, considering I was the only in store customer there when I walked in. Will go again, only once in a while.

Went today, food took 15 minutes to get it, unacceptable ?

2 new burritos on Value menu that are very good not small. Chicken Enchilada burrito $2.49 Chicken Chipotle $2 my favorite. I get it with extra lettuce so like a salad wrap. Really good deals especially with fast food prices going up along with everything else. Great for when on the go no time to cook..Fast food that tastes fresh..Vegetarian options: Bean Tostada 7 layer burrito used to be favorites. No longer around ?
